Our Story

Maria Francesca cooks for seven. Then their children.

She raised her children in Accra. They live in the States now, spread across four time zones, and every visit she arrives and takes over the kitchen — grandchildren underfoot, pots on every ring, shito going into jars for people to take home.

The jars ran out. This is the fix.
